However, the manager I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Despite me providing all the correct documentation, he insisted that I needed to present an additional document that was not listed in the requirements. When I politely asked where this requirement was stated, he reviewed the documents again but was unable to identify or justify his request. This created unnecessary confusion and made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I found his attitude dismissive and unhelpful, which is not what I would expect from someone in a managerial position. Due to this experience, I felt I had no choice but to leave without completing my application. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed appropriately, as this level of service is unacceptable and discouraging for customers. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response.
